Boopro Technology partnered with KidTrans to design and develop a custom web platform that digitizes transport load distribution across its partner carrier network. Approach & Solution
Technical Strategy: We designed the platform around a scalable, queue-driven architecture capable of supporting thousands of concurrent carrier partners without compromising performance. Laravel Queues power asynchronous processes such as load synchronization, deadline monitoring, and notification delivery, while role-based access ensures dedicated user experiences for both administrators and carriers.
Core Solution: The platform combines a fault-tolerant Transporeon integration, a dual-user marketplace architecture, automated workflow management, multi-channel notifications, and a proprietary Range Indicator that provides carriers with competitive bid positioning without exposing confidential pricing information. This creates a transparent, efficient, and highly scalable logistics marketplace.

Responsibilities
- Backend Team: Developed the Laravel-based API architecture, including
Transporeon integration for automated load synchronization, queue-based
background processing for notifications and deadline management, and role-
based authentication and authorization. Built core business logic for bidding
workflows, partner management, load lifecycle management, and data
persistence with robust error handling and API logging. - Frontend Team: Built responsive Vue 3 interfaces with TypeScript and
Inertia.js, creating separate admin and partner experiences with real-time
updates, advanced filtering, and interactive components. Designed and
implemented the range indicator system, notification center, watchlist, and
bidding dialogs using Tailwind CSS, ensuring a consistent user experience
across desktop and mobile.

The architecture is container-ready and can run on traditional hosting, cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Heroku), or containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) without major modifications.
