Designed specifically for truck maintenance providers managing multiple carrier fleets, the solution centralizes maintenance operations, vehicle inspections, tire management, and predictive maintenance into a single system.
The platform enables both Millennials Maintenance and its carrier clients to manage maintenance proactively while improving visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency. Technical Strategy:
We designed a scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture that enables Millennials Maintenance to manage multiple carrier organizations through isolated workspaces while maintaining centralized administrative control. The platform was built around configurable maintenance workflows, predictive maintenance thresholds, and strict role-based permissions to accommodate different operational responsibilities. A modular architecture allows each functional area, including maintenance, inspections, tire management, and analytics, to operate independently while sharing a unified data model.
Core Solution:
The delivered platform provides a centralized fleet maintenance ecosystem where every truck and trailer maintains a complete digital maintenance history. Service records, repair tickets, invoices, inspections, maintenance schedules, and tire lifecycles are consolidated into a single source of truth. Configurable health indicators proactively identify upcoming maintenance needs, while DOT-compliant inspection and tire management modules improve safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
Backend team: Responsible for developing the multi-tenant platform architecture, implementing fleet management and maintenance workflows, building the service ticket management system, and developing the core business logic. They also implemented role-based access control, developed REST APIs, integrated file management capabilities, and built the analytics engine powering operational insights.
Frontend team: Designed and developed the fleet management dashboard, vehicle profile interfaces, maintenance module, interactive tire schematic, and DVIR management system. They also built the administration portal, reporting dashboards, and delivered a responsive web application optimized for day-to-day fleet operations.
