Challenges & Scope

Our goal was to create a mobile platform that helps pet owners find trustworthy care providers for their pets. The biggest challenge was developing a dual-interface system that serves both pet owners and service providers (pet sitters) with distinct yet interconnected experiences. Beyond just connecting users, we wanted the platform to build trust through verification processes, encourage community engagement through reviews, and create a space where pet owners feel confident leaving their beloved companions in capable hands.
